What’s new / Fashiolista

Well, not really new. Just to show my Dutch pride (Fashiolista is founded by Dutchies) I have to share this with all of you.

Fashiolista helps you save & share your greatest fashion finds from all over the web. With the special Love button, you can save your fashion favorites from nearly every online store in one convenient place. Your personal Fashiolista profile will become the a wish list of items that you love, want, or that just inspire you.

Best of all, you can browse the profiles created by other Fashiolista members. Browsing other people’s fashion finds is a great way to get fresh inspiration. The members come from all over the world: New York, London, to Rio de Janeiro & Tokyo. Among them are many of the top fashion bloggers and influencers.

I think it is the most convenient tool, since facebook. It works the same as Pinterest. You can save all your fashion finds from all different webshops in one place, get inspired by other and find new webshops. I never forget where I saw that beautifull blouse or pair earrings. Fashiolista also has a bunch of extra’s for fashion bloggers.  Fashiolista is also available as a free app for your Iphone/HTC/Samsung and Blackberry.

7 random facts about me:

1. I am a huge fan of Scandinavian fashion (designers). I can’t really explain why.  
2. I am a little crazy, that is why not everyone understands me. I am so lucky to have my friends who love me for it.
3. I love travelling and my favorite (shopping) city is London.
4. Dancing is my life. I have been dancing since I was 4, it releases my stress.
5. I am so Dutch, all my (great) grandparents have been Dutch (both sides), I love Dutch things like riding my bicycle and eating chocolate sprinkles on my bread, you can’t be more Dutch than I am.
6. I really like my job at the University, I am surrounded by students all day and it doesn’t feel like work at all.
7. I am addicted to the sun, honoustly in the winter I can get a bit depressed.

What’s new / Nikon D3100

To impove my fashion bloggin’ I really needed to pick up my photography. So meet my little friend, the Nikon D3100. I am extremely happy with my new buddy. I do need some more practice, but there is nothing to hold me back now.
