Inspiration / Berlin

This is my 50’s post! I have over 50 followers! Yay, 4 months in the running and standing strong ;)…

Well, back to bloggin’
Only 3 more days untill we leave to visit Berlin. Although it is only 624km to Berlin I have never been there, but wanting for a whole lot of years. Not only is Berlin trending and full of interesting/inspirational people. This city has a history like no other city in the world.

As most of you know Berlin was the epicentrum during World War II and afterwards divided in West and East Berlin untill 1989. That is 50 years of differences, poor and rich, suppression and pure history.

Ofcourse, being Dutch I have been brougthup with stories about World War II and everything that changed after. Also first hand by my grandparents, who all live through this awfull time, but in school this was one of the main subjects during history lessons.

Logically, I need to be visiting the Holocaust Museum, checkpoint Charlie, what is left of the Berlin wall and so on…but today I want to share with you some trendy spots in Berlin which are on my list to visit. I put together a day programme, all credits go to Petite Passport.

Lunch: Aunt Benny
No words needed

Shopping: Voo
Industrial interiour combined with fashion in the Kreuzberg district

Dinner: Dudu
Seriously the best sushi they promised me

Sleeping: Plus One
Sleep here and get a guided tour by a local for free (choose from 28 locals)

Have you been to Berlin? Any good tips?

What’s new / favorite blogger #2

Because I love reading blogs too, I decided to introduce you to my favorite bloggers every month. It is time for part 2. As I said before, I start numbering with #1 and end whenever I am done, but this has nothing to do with how much I like them. I absolutly love them all.

This month I like to introduce you to another Dutch blogger, but a fashion blogger this time. Her name is Rosanna, her blog is called Billie-Rose. She writes in English, so perfect for everyone. Billie-Rose is al into latest trends, she posts a lot of outfit photo’s which give you heaps of inspiration. What I love is that she is girl which isn’t as thin as a straw. Just like me she has curves and their is nothing wrong with that. She is a little more girly than I am, but she always gives her outfits a rough twist.

Here are some inspirational pictures.

Please let me know what you think about her blog?
