Inspiration / Original vs. Budget #1

I promised you to make a original vs. budget post. Why buy the real thing when there are lovely fakes. Not everyone can spend a $1000/800 euro on a bag or a pair of shoes. Today I am doing a shoes only version. I think I will give this post some other tries with other items.

Here are my shoebudgettips for the moment:

Isabel Marant wedge sneakers 450 euro’s vs. Zara wedge sneakers 60 euro’s.

Sam Edelman metallic heels 150 euro vs. Zara reflector heels for 40 euro’s.
Remember Sam Edelman came out with a knock-off from the Balenciaga shoe boot in 2009. Now others try to knock-off Sam Edelman and more winterproof anyway.

Chloe boots for 905 euro vs. Zara boots for 100 euro’s.

Do you now understand why I love the Zara so much?
I hope you liked this post? Please let me know in a comment below.

Inspiration / My Amsterdam look for the EasyJet holidays competition

As you all know I love reading other blogs and I love introducing you to the people who write the blogs. Well, FashnChips by Christine is a Dutch blogger and she posted a amazing contest online, which you can find here. I am not a UK reader (I am Dutch) but I love to make a Amsterdam look anyway. In my next blog I will introduce you to Christine and here blog.

Amsterdam look

1. Acne white shirt 2. Vintage Levi’s shorts 3. Retrosuperfuture sunnies, model Gals 4. Primark bag with studs 5. Primark millitary/leather jacket 6. Acne pistol boots

What do you think about my Amsterdam look?

New in / Primark overload

Last week I went to Essen in Germany again, where you find one of the biggest Primark stores there are. 6 floors of clothes, jewelry, shoes, beauty and products for your home. You can imagine it took me some time to go through all the racks and only have 8 products for the fitting room. Well after 1,5 hour I managed. I was ready to fit and try, that was when the fire alarm went off…..

Really, I am not joking they had to evacuate the whole building, six floors of shopaholics who had to leave there precision baskets behind close doors. Luckily, everything was over within 30 minutes and I found my basket again. I think it was a exercise, but they will never tell…

Here are my fashion finds, I managed to stay under 70 euros.

I would like to know if you shop at Primark and what you think about the store and the concept?

Excuse me for the bad photography, but I am still working on this my skills and I should have made the pictures in broad daylight, except I am at work then.

Outfit / Birthday party

New in / Jewelry and wishlist items

My shopping spree went very succesfull. I love shopping in Germany, because they have them American shopping malls (which aren’t allowed in the Netherlands). I like having all my favorite shops on one location and a roof above my head, since it usually rains. Here are my brand new items.

Earrings – Pieces
Leather necklace – Pieces
Cross Bangles – Be Loved, but you can also find here

From my wishlist / shopping spree

Lazy weekend, did not much at all, but sometimes this is the best thing.
Just relax and enjoy your free time. And ofcourse enjoy the little things in live. That is exactly what I did…here a quick impression.

1. Goodbye denim shorts 😦
2. Hello rainy dark sky!
3. Getting my manicure done is always a little enjoyment.
4. Wearing my new boots (I know it’s summer, but it’s cold in Holland) on the tennis court, not the best idea :s
5. Wearing my new shirt, weekend casual
6. Movie night with my boyfriend #Intouchables best French movie ever, go and see!

What is the most laziest moment in your life?
